Do you offer E-Gift cards?

Can I return products if I'm not satisfied?
No, unfortunately at the moment we do not offer returns. However, that may change in the future as we expand.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, we will send tracking and courier information to your email, use this information to check the status of your parcel.
Are all your products vintage?
We sell a mixture of vintage, pre-loved, antique and new. We do our best to describe the status of our products in the listing descriptions.
Can I Click & Collect my order?
In the month of December we will be trialing click and collect. Please leave a note in the note box in the basket.
Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email, please be sure to check your junk and spam folders. Simply take your email to the store to collect your order (either print this out or bring it on your phone).

Vintage items should be treated with love, care and respect, that will help keep them looking lovely for longer.
Caring for Your Vintage Ceramics
Hand wash gently in warm, soapy water using a soft cloth. Avoid dishwashers, harsh chemicals and abrasive sponges. Avoid sudden changes in temperature to prevent cracking. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth before storing, handle delicate pieces with care.
Caring for Your Vintage Clothing
Vintage clothing will happily wash at 30 degrees or cold setting with mild detergent, but do check care labels. Dry clean where possible to protect the garment.
Hand wash if your not sure or use cool water when suitable for the fabric. Air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place, using padded hangers for delicate garments.
For Vintage jewellery
A little TLC will help your vintage jewellery last for generations to come.
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions and cleaning products, remove jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
For security reasons, we are unable to change a shipping address after the order has been placed. Once your order is on its way, the courier will contact you via email and or text message.

How to Measure
Bust: Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.
Natural Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Drop Waist: Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.
Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Inseam: Using a pair of your pants that fit well, measure from midline seam to bottom of leg.
Rings: Wrap a length of string around your finger and mark where the end touches. Measure the distance between the end of the string and the mark you’ve made to determine what size to order
